Shipping / Returns / Back Orders

THERE ARE NO BACK ORDERS, AT THIS TIME.
Packages are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment. The only exception is if your item is on a short back-order. In the event of a back-order, all items will be shipped the same day that they come back into stock.
All shipments will be sent via USPS with online Tracking!

Scroll down the page to "Track Package" enter your tracking number and then click "FIND".
Your tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided (from VipParcel.com) when placing your order, once your package has been prepared for shipping. Your tracking information will also be available in your account, once your order has been shipped.
All orders over $200-USD will not be charged a shipping fee (when shipped within the US), however there is still a nominal Handling Charge of $1-USD per item, that helps us to take care of our Shipping Department Employees.
We advise that you group your items into one order, rather than placing separate smaller orders. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. We will take very special care to protect fragile objects.
International Shipping Charges
We will calculate all International shipping charges after you have placed your order. This additional charge will be available on your Final Receipt/Invoice within your account. We will always choose USPS Priority Mail International. You are welcome to contact us before placing your order, to receive an International Shipping cost quote!
Returns / Return Authorization Process
You must contact us via email within 5 business days of receiving your package, in order to receive a 'Return Authorization Number'. Please use the "CONTACT" link above to send us your request, so that we may provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
* The shipping costs of all Authorized Return Shipments will be paid for by the customer and will be subject to a small, 10 percent re-stocking fee.
* If we receive your return after 14 business days on the date of your RECEIPT/INVOICE, then your return will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
* ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNOPENED & UNMARKED CONDITION.
* ALL RETURN CREDITS SHALL EXCLUDE ALL SHIPPING AND/OR HANDLING CHARGES, WHEN BEING CALCULATED.
